Mickey Mouse was a mouse of large ideas almost as large as his ears. That was why he knew that he needed to make this event the best one ever. He could have asked Yen Sid for a little magical help but oh gosh! His master needed a vacation. 

With Minnie down at the club working with Mike the Mic. on the show and Donald with Scrooge dealing with the finances he had all the time in the world to search.
